Terry Evans Jr has joined the Verizon Ventures investment team after four years at United Technologies as an M&A-focused corporate development manager.
Terry Evans Jr (pictured) has been appointed principal at Verizon Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of telecommunications firm Verizon, according to a pop-up bulletin on the company’s website.
Evans Jr’s investment remit at Verizon includes commerce and advertising, connected devices and hardware, data and analytics, infrastructure and networking, and media and entertainment.
He comes on board after four years at diversified products manufacturer United Technologies as an M&A corporate development manager specialising in building automation systems and energy management software.
