Legend has led a series A round for the web TV and film studio, which is now valued at $200m.

China-based production company Up Pictures has raised approximately RMB100m ($15m) in a series A round led by Legend Capital, the investment arm of conglomerate Legend Holdings, China Money Network reported today.

Junyuan Capital also supplied funds to the round. Up Pictures is valued at $200m post-money.

Founded in 2015, Up Pictures produces a range of online streaming shows and movies. It previously obtained an undisclosed amount in an angel round supplied by entertainment company Huayi Brothers.
