WeWork has paid an undisclosed amount to acquire sales and marketing intelligence software provider Unomy, allowing Leta Capital to exit.
Co-working space operator WeWork has acquired Unomy, an Israel-based sales and marketing data platform backed by IT services holding company Leta Group, for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 2013, Unomy operates a platform that provides business intelligence to sales and marketing teams in order to help them secure new customers. WeWork had been using the company to help it build its enterprise client base.
