Software startup Typesafe raises a $14m series B round led by Shasta Ventures with support from Juniper Networks.

US-based software startup Typesafe has raised a $14m series B roundfrom a consortium including network infrastructure firm Juniper Networks, which invested through its Junos Innovation corporate venturing fund.

Alongside Junos in the B round were venture capital firms Shasta Ventures, which led the deal, and Greylock Partners with participation from angel investor François Stieger, a former executive at technology companies Verisign and Oracle.
