Thomas Cook India subsidiary Quess has agreed to acquire a minority stake in the infrastructure maintenance company in return for an undisclosed amount.

Business services provider Quess has agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Qatar-based infrastructure maintenance services provider Transfield Services Qatar (TSQ) for an undisclosed amount, according to Times of India.

Quess is a subsidiary of travel company Thomas Cook’s India-based outfit, while TSQ is owned by infrastructure maintenance services company Transfield Services.

Quess operates across four verticals: namely integrated facilities management, people and services, technology, and industrial asset management.
