Intel Capital-backed and India-based mobile advertising company wins contract from Indian Railways in Bangalore after securing $5m round in November.

Intel Capital-backed mobile advertising company TeliBrahma has won a contract from national rail company Indian Railways in Bangalore.

TeliBrahma and RailTel, an Indian government-backed company secured an Indian Railways contract to launch BluFi, a combination of Bluetooth application and wi-fi connectivity, allowing passengers to download games, videos and other content from their mobile Bluetooth.

TeliBrahma won a $5m series C round from Intel Capital and venture firms Inventus Capital and Ojas Venture Partners, last November.
