Online gaming community Super League Gaming agreed yesterday to acquire Mobcrush, a US-based livestreaming platform developer backed by corporates Lionsgate, Modern Times Group, for an undisclosed amount.

Mobcrush runs an online platform where gamers can livestream their content. The deal will consist entirely of stock and is intended to help Super League increase the size of its audience.
