StellaService, a US-based provider of customer service ratings for online retailers, secured $15m on Wednesday in a series C round led by Comcast Ventures, the investment vehicle of cable and broadcasting service Comcast.
The round also included Norwest Venture Partners, the venture capital firm that manages funds on behalf of financial services provider Wells Fargo; Novel TMT, which invests on behalf of investment holding firm Novel Group; Toba Capital, Battery Ventures, Gotham Ventures and RRE Ventures.
