Steamboat invested in Scrapblog's series A1 funding round in December 2007 but has sold company to Mixbook.

Steamboat Ventures, a corporate venturing fund affiliated with media company Walt Disney, has sold its portfolio Scrapblog to peer Mixbook, a US-based provider of services to create online scrapbooks.
