Cloud-based software company Acumatica has raised $13.3m in a MYOB-backed series C round, bringing the total raised by the company to over $30m.

US-based cloud service proivder Acumatica has secured $13.3m in a series D round led by Australia-based software producer MYOB.

Venture capital firms Runa Capital and Almaz Capital also participated in the round, alongside business software and IT consultancy firm Visma. The funding brings the total raised by the company to over $30m.

Acumatica provides cloud business management software for small-to-medium sized businesses. The new funds will support the company’s growth and expansion plans.
