Softbank has backed the online health portal in a $7m series B round that will fund expansion into new markets in Southeast Asia.
Indonesia-based health portal Alodokter.com has received $7m in a series B round that included telecommunications and internet firm SoftBank, DealStreetAsia reported on Monday, citing three sources aware of the deal.
Further details of the round have not been made available. The company had previously raised $2.5m in a 2016 series A round backed by Golden Gate Ventures, 500 Startups and angel investor Lim Dershing, all three having participated in its seed round a year earlier.
