The telecommunications firm has raised the cash for a new fund, according to an SEC filing made yesterday.

SoftBank Capital, the corporate venturing arm of telecommunications company SoftBank, has raised $100m for a new venture fund, according to the Boston Business Journal, which cited a regulatory filing yesterday.

The company has not released any official information on the fund, SoftBank Capital Fund ’14 LP, which has one investor, according to the filing.
