Executive director Mark Smith has departed from Verizon Ventures after a total of 23 years at the unit and its parent company.
Mark Smith, an executive director at US-based telecommunications firm Verizon’s corporate venturing arm, Verizon Ventures, has stepped down from his position.
Verizon Ventures typically invests in seed to late-stage companies developing products, services and technologies that can complement or leverage its parent Verizon’s telecoms business.
