Singapore-based restaurant booking service Chope has raised S$11m ($8m) in a series C round featuring publisher Singapore Press, Tech in Asia has reported.

The round was co-led by investment firm F&H Fund Management and venture capital firm NSI Ventures. Investment firm DSG Consumer Partners, VC fund Frontier Ventures and additional, undisclosed China-based investors also contributed funding.

Founded in 2011, Chope operates a platform that enables users to book tables at restaurants in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Bangkok. The…
