The Google Ventures-backed local deals company has raised its A round led by Spark Ventures, after sealing seed backing in 2010 from Google Ventures and Spark.
Google Ventures-backed local deals company Signpost raised $3.75m, in a round led by venture firm Spark Capital, on Tuesday.
Chris DePatria, US-based internet company AOL’s local media business Patch’s former head of sales, has also joined Signpost.
In 2010 Signpost raised $1m from Spark Capital and Google Ventures.
