Shanghai Joyu, the parent company of China-based travel booking service Lvmama and a portfolio company of travel conglomerate Jinjang International, has listed on China’s National Equities Exchange and Quotations market, China Money Network has reported.

Founded in 2008, Lvmama offers a service for travellers to book tours, hotel rooms and cruises. The website also lets users purchase entrance tickets for tourist attractions and obtain visas.
