Arya Setiadharma, chief executive of investment firm Prasetia Dwidharma, has taken a venture partner position at Telkom Indonesia's corporate venturing unit.

MDI Ventures, the corporate venture capital subsidiary of telecommunications company Telkom Indonesia, has hired Arya Setiadharma as a venture partner, DealStreetAsia has reported.

The appointment comes as MDI Ventures is forming an investment partnership with financial services group KB Holding centred on a fund with a $100m target for its close.
