Semco Engineering, a France-based maker of solar energy panels, has gained €4.5m ($5.8m) in indirect venture funding from local oil group Total.
Demeter Partners, a France-based cleantech venture capital firm in which Total is a limited partner of its €203m second fund, led the venture funding for Semco in association with another VC, Soridec.
