Digital asset development platform New Asset Exchange has publicly launched with $65m having been set up by BCG Digital Ventures founder Jeff Schumacher.
New Asset Exchange (NAX), a US-based digital asset technology startup founded by Jeff Schumacher, also founder of corporate venturing unit BCG Digital Ventures, launched on Wednesday having raised $65m in funding.
NAX is the developer of a software platform that enables users to create asset-backed products, securities and ventures for institutional trading.
Investment firm TNF Investments headed a consortium of 12 otherwise undisclosed corporate, institutional and family office investors that provided the capital for NAX at a $300m valuation.
