Investment director Johanna Schmidtke left the petrochemical company's corporate venturing unit in late 2018 for a position at private equity firm Ara Partners.
Johanna Schmidtke has stepped down from her position as investment director at Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures (SAEV), the strategic investment vehicle for Saudi Arabia-based petrochemical producer Saudi Aramco.
Schmidtke joined private equity firm Ara Partners Group as a principal in December 2018. During her time at SAEV, she focused on investments in companies developing technologies for upstream and downstream oil and gas exploration, petrochemicals, water, energy efficiency and renewable energies.
