The entertainment agency has formed a startup services and investment unit called Arrive and has plans to establish a formal venture capital arm in future.
Roc Nation, the US-based entertainment services provider founded by entertainer Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter, has launched a platform called Arrive that will supply funding and assistance to startups.
Arrive will provide advice, brand services and business development help to early-stage companies. It plans to also launch its own corporate venturing fund to back portfolio companies as they grow.
