Roblox has bought the intellectual property assets of the Gresham Lehrman Group-backed recruitment test developer as it prepares to go public.
Online game developer Roblox Corp has acquired the intellectual property assets of Imbellus, a US-based recruitment assessment software developer backed by business consultancy Gresham Lehrman Group (GLG).
Founded in 2015, Imbellus has developed a software platform that uses simulation-based cognitive assessments for the recruitment and education sectors, utilising game-like experiences, psychometrics and data science to evaluate how people think and test their knowledge.
