Roamware, a US-based provider of mobile operator services backed by phone operater Deutsche Telekom, has acquired peer Unify Group for an undisclosed amount, following a previous acquisition of IPcom.

Earlier in the month, Roamware hired Ebrahim Abbasi as its president, reporting to executive chairman Ori Sasson, after he held the titles of president and chief operating officer of Force10 Networks, which was acquired by computer maker Dell for $700m in July last year.
