Digital marketing technology provider From Scratch has raised $28.4m in a Rakuten Ventures-backed round that took its overall funding to more than $40m.
Japan-based digital marketing platform developer From Scratch has raised ¥3.2bn ($28.4m) in series C funding from backers including Rakuten Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of e-commerce and fintech group Rakuten.
Public-private partnership Innovation Network Corporation of Japan also contributed to the round alongside unnamed, existing shareholders.
