Partech International, the Franco-American venture capital firm backed by Edenred, the French employee benefits services provider, participates in $3.2m round for Racktivity.
Racktivity, a power, energy and environmental management company, has closed a $3.2m series C round.
The round was led by Flemish investment company PMV, while Partech International, Big Bang Ventures and X-ICT-ING also took part.
Edenred, which provides restaurant vouchers among other services, committed €15m to Partech International’s sixth fund in December 2011.
