TV content producer Platform One Media has been bought by Boat Rocker Media five years after it was co-founded by Liberty Global and Evolution Media.
Media group Boat Rocker has purchased Media Platform One Media, a US-based TV production and distribution studio co-founded by mass media group Liberty Global, for an undisclosed amount, Variety has reported.
Platform One produces scripted televisual content from its base in Los Angeles. It is currently filming a drama-themed series called Rust for the Showtime network and a sci-fi script for consumer electronics producer Apple’s forthcoming streaming platform.
