Allison Goldberg, senior vice-president and managing partner at Comcast Ventures, is one of the 100 leading corporate venturing professionals in our 2026 Powerlist.

Allison Goldberg is the senior vice-president and managing partner of Comcast Ventures and startup engagement at Comcast, overseeing the company’s corporate venture capital arm as well as Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs which is focused on accelerating partnerships between startups and the company’s business units.
At Comcast Ventures, she leads investments in companies shaping the future of technology, looking at growth opportunities across AI, connectivity, health tech, the future of work, energy tech and sports tech – including recent investments in Runware, Creatify, and Wellth. She also sits on several industry boards, including Hive, VEF, YieldMo and Zola, and is an observer for BDG Media, Blockdaemon, Creatify and Cresta AI.
Goldberg has developed a tight, collaborative team focused on identifying opportunities for growth, innovation and strategic, meaningful partnership. They evaluate investments looking at the team, product, market and traction – while also keeping in mind strategic alignment to the broader business at Comcast NBCUniversal, particularly in areas like AI, enterprise transformation and connectivity.
Comcast Ventures has shown how a large corporate can use CVC to turn AI disruption into commercially relevant optionality across ads, media creation, health access and infrastructure. One example of this is Creatify – which recently partnered with Universal Ads to develop an AI-powered video generator.
As Comcast Ventures grows its portfolio, it has seen notable success across partnerships. Its exits over the past year include NLX, which was recently acquired by Amazon Web Services; SevenRooms, which DoorDash agreed to acquire in May 2025; Parallel Markets, acquired by iCapital; and Populus, acquired by IPS Group.
This success is little surprise given, before joining Comcast Ventures, Goldberg ran the strategic investing arm of Time Warner, where she worked for more than 17 years.
