The online credit platform developer, backed by Google and SAP, raised a further $30m from the underwriters for its initial public offering.
US-based online credit marketplace OnDeck Capital closed its initial public offering last week at $230m after the underwriters took up the option to acquire an additional 1.5 million shares.
OnDeck initially raised $200m, issuing 10 million shares priced at $20 each when it floated on 17th December. The company’s stock opened at $26.50 on its first day of trading, later peaking at $28.98.
