The option of Ofer-backed venture capital firm Yozma selling its stake in web and mobile services company Conduit is off the table for now after talks broke down.
Yozma Venture Capital, the Israel-based VC firm partially owned by holding group Ofer Holdings, is no longer set to sell its 9% stake in US-based web services firm Conduit, according to Israeli business newspaper Globes.
Reports suggested Yozma was in negotiations with an investment firm, now thought to be private equity firm Silver Lake Capital, to sell its stake for between $200m and $250m. Ofer holds 30% to 40% in Yozma after making an investment of $20m.
