Neuros Medical adds $3.5m jolt

Boston Scientific is joined by venture firms including Glengary Ventures, RiverWest Venture Partners and Physician Investment Group.

Neuros Medical, a US-based provider of implantable neurostimulation devices, has raised $3.5m in its extended series A round from a consortium co-led by peer Boston Scientific.

Alongside Boston Scientific in the A-1 round are venture capital firms Glengary Ventures, RiverWest Venture Partners, ModelVest, Blue Tree Allied Angels, Case Tech Ventures, JumpStart Ventures, NorthCoast Angel Fund, Ohio Tech Angel Fund, Queen City Angel Fund III and Physician Investment Group.

Neuros raised $1.9m in it’s A round in October 2009.
