Seed investor Bloomberg Beta returned to contribute to the web development startup's latest round, alongside Andreessen Horowitz, Tank Hill Ventures and Designer Fund.

Bloomberg Beta, the data-focused investment arm of media company Bloomberg, participated in a $12m series A round for web development automation startup Netlify yesterday.

Venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz also took part in the round along with VC fund Tank Hill Ventures and Designer Fund, a seed-stage fund that targets startups founded by designers. Peter Levine from Andreessen Horowitz will join Netlify’s board of directors.
