The online literature platform has secured $100m in a series B round that included parent company Qutoutiao, with CMC Capital leading the round.
China-based news aggregation app provider Qutoutiao has contributed to a $100m series B round closed yesterday by Midu, its online literature platform subsidiary.
The round was led by CMC Capital, the venture capital and private equity firm formerly known as China Media Capital. It came in the wake of a $14m series A round closed in August this year that was funded by undisclosed investors.
