Movile participated in a round that took the Latin American grocery delivery platform's total funding to more than $17m.
Mercadoni, the Colombia-based operator of a grocery e-commerce platform, has secured $9m in a series A round that included mobile commerce company Movile.
Founded in 2015, Mercadoni runs an online platform that enables customers to buy items from local stores such as grocers, delicatessens, wine shops and pet food stores that are then delivered to them at home within the hour.
