New York Times and ProSiebenSat.1 were among the backers for the ad server's $12m series B round, which increased its overall funding to $14m.
Israel-based real-time web personalisation company Dynamic Yield, has closed a $12m series B round from investors including media companies ProSiebenSat.1 and New York Times.
Other backers in the round include investment firms Bessemer Venture Partners, Innovation Endeavors and Marker. Bessemer and Innovation Endeavors previously invested in the company’s $2m series A round in April 2013.
