Maskless Lithography closes series D funding and signs partnership with Taiwan-based Chime Ball Technology.
US-based Maskless Lithography Inc (MLI), a manufacturer of advanced direct-write digital imaging technology to the printed circuit board (PCB) industry, has raised $7m in series D financing. In addition to the funding, Maskless has also signed a Business Collaboration and Distribution Agreement with Chime Ball Technology (CBT), a Taiwanese equipment supplier to the Asian PCB market.
The series D funds will be used for global expansion.
