Marcel Lubben has been promoted to head of the Netherlands-based industrial company DSM’s Ventures and Licensing unit after the two divisions were combined.
Lubben had been the former head of DSM Licensing since January 2009 and is also a board director of Yet2.com, a US-based open innovation consultancy firm with a $25m corporate venturing fund.
Erik Rutten remains senior investment manager at DSM, having previously led the ventures team.
