SAP Ventures helps Lithium Technologies, a US-based social media software company, take its total funding past an estimated $100m.
The corporate venturing unit of Germany-based software company SAP has helped social network cloud company Lithium Technologies raise $53.4m.
SAP joined the series D round, which was led by venture capital (VC) firm New Enterprise Associates. New Enterprise Associates’s Pete Sonsini has joined Lithium’s board.
Lithium is a software platform which helps companies use social media to market to clients.
