Professional networking online service LinkedIn has made its first acquisition by buying MSpoke, a US-based peer.
No financial terms were disclosed but LinkedIn’s venture backers include strategic investors McGraw-Hill and SAP ventures and venture capital operations from financial investors Bain Capital, Goldman Sachs and Bessemer Venture Partners.
