Corporate-backed Business Growth Fund has hired former Lloyds Banking Group director Sarah Ledwidge as an investment manager in its Bristol office.
Sarah Ledwidge has been appointed as a investment manager at Business Growth Fund (BGF), the UK-based government-supported venture fund backed by five of the country’s major banking groups.
Ledwidge will be responsible for identifying investable local business in the South West of England, where the BGF has provided £41m ($68m) in growth funding for companies in a range of sectors.
