Vincenzo La Ruffa, previously a managing director of Susquehanna Growth Equity, the private equity subsidiary of trading and technology company Susquehanna International Group, has joined private equity firm Aquiline Capital Partners to lead its fintech investments.
La Ruffa co-founded Susquehanna Growth Equity in 2006, after spending time at NGP Energy Technology Partners and EnerTech Capital. The unit’s investments over the past year include credit data provider Credit Karma, online payment service Payoneer and video software developer Clearleap.
