David Krane has made the move from general partner at Google Ventures to managing director of the corporate venturing unit, where he will co-manage the fund.
David Krane has been promoted from general partner to managing director at Google Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of internet company Google.
In his new role Krane will co-manage the fund, after participating in investments in a wide spectrum of start-ups including taxi ordering app Uber, crowdfunding website CircleUp and smart thermostat maker Nest.
