Teneo's corporate venturing unit has contributed to a series A round for diversity-oriented recruitment service Jopwell, taking its total funding to near $12m.

Jopwell, the US-based creator of a diversity-focused recruitment platform, has secured $7.5m in a series A round that featured Teneo Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of advisory firm Teneo.

Venture capital firm Cue Ball Capital led the round, which included Y Combinator, Omidyar Network, Kapor Capital, and Valar Ventures, SJF Ventures and Blue Ivy Ventures.
