Intel Capital has invested $45m in eight Indian companies this year, including Althea Systems, July Systems, MCX, Verismo, Allied Digital Systems, Vriti, Wortal and now Omnesys Technologies.
Intel Capital, the corporate venturing unit of chip maker Intel, has acquired an undisclosed number of shares in Omnesys Technologies, an India-based provider of software for securities trading and order-management systems.
