Intel Capital leads $14.3m financing for retail search exchange operator HookLogic.
HookLogic, a US-based ecommerce advertising company which operates a bidding exchange for brands to place their products at the top of search results across a network of retail sites, has raised $14.3m series B financing led by Intel Capital, the corporate venturing arm of microprocessor maker Intel, with participation from existing investor Bain Capital Ventures, the venture capital division of private equity firm Bain Capital, and former Yahoo and Admeld executive Michael Barrett.
