Intel Capital vice-president and managing director Keith Larson has announced his retirement, ending a career at the unit that spanned more than 22 years.

Keith Larson, vice-president and managing director of semiconductor and data technology producer Intel’s corporate venturing subsidiary, Intel Capital, has plans to retire later this year.

Larson joined Intel Capital in 1996 and is currently one of five voting executives on the investment committee that is responsible for approving all the unit’s investments. During his time at Intel the firm nearly quadrupled its annual revenue from about $20bn in 1996 to $70.8bn in 2018.
