Cloud infrastructure company Joyent has secured $15m in a series E round backed by Intel, bringing the total raised by the company to over $120m.

US-based Joyent, a cloud computing company, has raised $15m in a series E round featuring Intel Capital, the corporate venturing arm of semiconductor company Intel.

Diversified holding company Orascom TMT Investments, LGI Ventures, a subsidiary of cable and phone service provider Liberty Global, and venture capital firms El Dorado Ventures and Epic Ventures were also involved.
