Voxer is set to raise the $30m, with the money being reportedly raised at a $180m pre-money valuation.
The corporate venturing unit of US-based chipmaker Intel has helped walkie talkie company Voxer raise more than $30m.
Voxer is an app which turns your smart phone into a walkie talkie, sending instant audio, text and photo messages.
