Intel Capital-backed Delve Networks, a provider of online video publishing and analytics services, exits to Nasdaq-listed Limelight Networks.
Nasdaq-listed Limelight Networks has bought Delve Networks, a provider of online video publishing and analytics services.
No financial terms were revealed but Delve had raised more than $18m, according to news provider VentureWire, from investors including Intel Capital, the corporate venturing division of US chip maker Intel.
