Course Hero, a learning platform for crowdsourced study resources, has raised $15m in a series A round which included IDG Capital, bringing its total funding to $17.4m.
US-based digital learning platform Course Hero raised $15m on Tuesday in a series A round featuring IDG Capital, a corporate venturing unit of technology research and media group IDG.
Venture capital firms GSV Capital, SV Angel and Maveron also invested.
Founded in 2006, Course Hero connects college and high school students to online content and tutors, and has built a community of over 5 million users.
