SmartZip, which provides predictive marketing technology to the real estate market, has taken its total funding to $14m with an Intel-backed series B round.
US-based predictive marketing company SmartZip raised $12m in series B funding yesterday from investors including Intel Capital, the corporate venturing arm of chipmaker Intel.
The round was led by investment firm Crest Capital Ventures and also included venture capital firm Claremont Creek.
SmartZip provides an analytics-powered marketing automatic service to help real estate businesses secure customers. The platform combines specific housing attributes with client data to calculate which houses are more likely to sell.
